Captain

The Captain is the chief administrator of Iniquity, is considered to hold the final decision in all matters if necessary, and should be involved in any and all guild business in some fashion. In all things the Captain should serve as a good role model and should conduct himself or herself professionally at all times. When dealing with other guilds, their leadership should be directed to deal with the Captain. The Captain is considered to be a member.

Lieutenant

A Lieutenant should be involved in most guild business in some fashion. Professional conduct is a must and activity involvement is required. A Lieutenant is required to take a leadership role within the guild. Lieutenants can set the guild raid schedule, lead and/or determine raid leaders, and retain loot discretion. Lieutenants are considered to be members.

Sub-Lieutenant

This rank is reserved for the alternates of the Lieutenants and the Captain.

Grenadier

Grenadiers are guild veterans who have been in the guild for at least 6 months.

Dragoon

Dragoons are members who have been in the guild for 3 months.

Footman

Footmen are members who have just been promoted from Conscript.

Conscript

Players who have recently joined Iniquity. See Recruitment for further details on promotion to Footman.

Alias

Members can have alternates in the guild up to a reasonable amount/minimum level.
