Iniquity is a “microcore” raid organization. As a “microcore” organization, Iniquity chooses to raid in a professional manner without having to surrender all real life commitments to the game. Our goal is to accomplish as much as possible in the game on a limited raid schedule.

General Goals

• Iniquity is a “go with what you’ve got” raid organization. We will schedule raids regardless of whether or not we have 24 players.
• A light and lean roster will be maintained of around eighteen players.
• All members are expected to play in a professional and skilled manner like any high end raid organization.
• Guild raids are consistently scheduled for two nights a week based on a convenient schedule for a majority of members. Wednesday and Saturday are usually the days we raid.
• Near perfect attendance (95%) is expected of all members and is critical to the guild’s success.
• Every effort will be made to progress through content as it is released.
• All content will be done without the use of exploits and/or dubious tactics.

What We Are Not

• We will not grow the guild past the set number of members necessary to achieve our stated goals. We will not carry a huge “bench” of sit-outs.
• We will participate in x4 raid content with “what we’ve got.”
• The limited raid schedule of two nights a week will not be increased past an occasional third night.
